Speman is an ayurvedic medicinal product that contains only natural ingredients. Due to its formula with active plant components, this medication restores male reproductive activity. It is a potent decongestant that helps to treat a prostate benign hyperplasia, spermacrasia, it promotes spermatogenesis, increases spermatozoids’ activity, decreases sperm viscosity.

Take this medication exactly as your doctor has prescribed it. You must carefully follow all directions given to you by a doctor. This medication is taken orally. To treat a prostate benign hyperplasia you need to take 2 tablets two or three times per day. To treat a spermacrasia you need to take 2 tablets three times per day for 4 to 6 months.
